Custom Excel Template for SAP PM Defect Notifications

I'm seeking a skilled freelancer to develop a custom Excel template designed to streamline the process of raising defect notifications for contractors who do not have direct access to SAP on our mining maintenance site. Our current process involves paper notifications, which are manually uploaded to SAP by another party. This project aims to automate and simplify this process.
