Custom Excel Meal Planner

I am looking for someone to create a custom Excel meal planner.
I would like to have a breakfast, lunch, dinner and 3 snacks areas. Where I can go in add foods from a drop down list from different food groups with the serving size, calories, protein, carbs, fat and fiber. I also want a total nutrition breakdown where it calculates the total calories, protein, carbs , fat and fiber in the foods that I eat and I want another sheet where I can go in and add the name of the food, the serving size, calories, protein, carbs, fat, fiber amounts.
