Custom Excel Coding for Contract Management

Hello, I would like to manage my company's contracts on Excel (I have developed in basic spreadsheet format), need to make it more user friendly with forms, basic error checking etc. Need Excel VBA skills, and someone with experience in working with custom requirements. Medium complexity. Bangalore based is a must.
