Custom Dashboard

We need a project status dashboard. Currently, a vendor uses an excel sheet containing the status report of current filings and projects on a weekly basis. It is then emailed to me. I then copy and paste on another excel sheet which has the all the filings and projects statuses. I then share that internally to executives. I would like the primary project dashboard page with Summary Section table with number of projects pending, Finished Granted, Status Section - Table with project details and status and and Project inventory. In confluence, I would like the vendor to be able to to update the table using a form or an excel sheet. Project is considered a success if takes me out of loop.
