Crypto Pivot point data

Hi, I would like a simple speadsheet which gets real time data from Binance for all coins and calculate Pivot for tomorrow , Next week and Next month. The coulms should be as follows -
Price should be USDT and if the current trading price is 10% (this should be configurable) less than the selected PivotBC and should send email automatically.
Second requirement - If the RSI is less than 10 on 4 Hour chart for any coins, email should be sent automatically
Third requirement - If the current price on the given day has not touched when the macro is run, it should identify all the coins
