I'm a mortgage professional looking for a freelancer to create a spreadsheet for me. This will help in comparing homeowners' credit card debts with potential savings from a new first or second mortgage.

See the Mortgage Calculator spreadsheet and debt consolidation spreadsheet. The top portion of each in one spreadsheet is what I am feeling.

The spreadsheet should include:
- Interest rate comparison
- Monthly payment calculation
- Time to pay off debt comparison

Input will be done manually for each homeowner's credit card details.

For the output, I need detailed tables that will clearly present the comparison results.

Ideal skills and experience for the job include:
