Creation of an excel formule to extract data from an excel sheet

I am looking for a freelancer who can create an Excel formula to extract specific text data from an Excel sheet. The extracted data needs to be sorted by specific criteria and formatted to appear on a new Excel sheet.
Skills and experience required:
- Proficiency in Excel formulas
- Knowledge of sorting and filtering data in Excel
- Experience with creating new Excel sheets and formatting data on them
The ideal candidate should be able to work efficiently and deliver the project within the agreed timeline.
I need for the Tracking name (column D): survey-form:iqby submitted to extract each answer separetaly with stats (average of notation, % male female or other answer).
