Creation of an automated Excel file

The need is to create an Excel file that is able to automatically calculate a price list and generate a new file.
In detail, the need is as follows:
- There are 10 different files that need to be compared and parameterized
- The parameterization must be done on the basis of a database, therefore in the 10 files there will be listed products that must be compared on the basis of an internal code
- The parameterization must take place on the basis of the price, therefore in the 10 files there will be listed products that must be compared on the basis of the price and the lowest price must be selected
- The result that must come out of this spreadsheet is the creation of a new Excel file containing a price list printed on a graphic template provided and which does not contain references to the master file but only the numbers rounded to 2 digits
- The 10 files must be automatically fished from a folder in which they will be inserted
