Creating excel sheet to get analysis and summary for machines

We have 30 machines consuming spare parts everyday we need Excel sheet to add each part we want to fix on a specific machine with adding the details like ( price for the part, part no. And name, date for fixing it, machine name and requested by who) and we want to be able to get by one click a summary for all the list of parts fixed on this machine with details amounts and total amount to be able to print it as report
