Expert VBA and possible Access developer required for the initial build an ongoing support of the tool for the next 12 months.
High Level requirements:
1. Read the data from 20-30 excel files.
2. Develop the data quality rules and assess the excel data according those rules.
3. Consolidate errors received and present the result back to the user in a clear dashboard with additional statistics calculated from the data read in step 1.
After the initial build is done, there would be weekly refreshes of the data where the support would be required.
