Creating calculated column in DataMart (Converting DAX code into Power Bi Power Query)

The following is a list of code written in DAX and needs to be converted into Power Query.
The problem: we are trying to use DataMart and build report in powerBi service. To create calculated column, we can only use PowerQury or SQL in the DataMart transformation section.
The following code was written in PowerBI desktop using DAX. I need someone who knows very well PowerQuery (M), who can quickly convert the following code from DAX to PowerQuey and be able to copy and paste in PowerBI Service DataMart transformation section my using custom column in Query section of the DataMart.
To get paid, the code must work without any problem.
Anything between ‘ ’ is the table name, and anything between is the field name.
