Creating a Google Sheet for Daily Stock Management and Reconciliation

My objective is to create a Google Sheet that enables manual stock management for every day. The sheet must contain columns for Order ID, Name, Phone Number, SKU, Quantity, Tracking ID, Open Stock, Closing Stock, Packed By, and Remarks. The order of the columns can be altered as needed.
Our organization receives orders from various sources, including Amazon, FlipKart, our brand's website, direct orders, and repair/replacement orders. Our goal is to utilize the Google Sheet to cross-check and reconcile our stock in the accounting software with the physical stock on a daily basis. To achieve this, we need to incorporate formulas into the sheet that will calculate the closing and opening stock for each SKU every day.
