Create an xls or small desktop application to process spreadsheet

Background
- We are qualifying several contacts using a linkedin scaper tool, wich generate a file Master_VSno_yymmdd.xls generally on a monthly base (ATT1)
- This file need to be processed using ConversionTable.xls (ATT2) in order to be entered in crm
- After processing sys need to return an output named Import_VSno_yymmdd.csv (ATT3)
Features and steps
The process will consist of the following steps:
- Look in the current Master table and add new records (rows import) only if the following conditions are met:
o The member_id D is not already present -if already present return an error message put in a new spreadsheet
o The email L is not already present -if already present return an error message put in a new spreadsheet
o If there are fields (rows) with same name N and surname O highlight the mas potential double entries or homonyms
- Add new columns to the Master Table using Conversion Table
o Add column X Country using current formula and if some country is missing ask the operator to addi t manually before importing the row
o Add column Y Industry_std using current formula and if some industry_std is missing ask the operator to addi it manually before importing the row
o Add column AC Status using current formula
- Select only relevant columns from Conversion Table and insert the new records into Import_VSno_yymmdd.xls
