Create a web based tool out of an Excel/VBA application

Excel spreadsheet contains about 30-40 columns and up to 10000 records long which are evaluated by VBA-macros. Outputs are charts with the filtered data.
Application needs to provide web based input windows and analysis possibilities (comparable to Power
BI). Data summed up per column need to follow also additional rules (filtering).
