Create two cost projections in excel easy to update/ change

1. Need to project the increase of costs of we decide to raise salaries to a group of workers. (Chart over time, easy to adjust, etc)
2. Need to project the cost structure of giving an additional benefit to a group of employees over time (chart, formulated, easy to update, etc)
