Create a tool in excel to measure KPIs

I am looking to hire a freelancer to create a custom Excel tool for me that will help me measure monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) associated with the service department of a dealership. The KPIs I would like to measure include service response time, first time fix rate, service contract renewal rate, Preventive maintenance vs break-downs and repairs, and scheduling and capacity measures and tools. I need this custom tool to generate measurements and give me reliable and accurate information on a monthly basis.
