Create a tool or app to calculate travel distances within a warehouse using historical picking data

we need a tool (excel or BI based) that will allow us to: enter a plan view of our warehouse that shows distances and pick locations. Then we need to enter the data that shows the date, time, pick locations and QTYS. the tool will then return the total travel distance per user/date.
