Create a table with my document

I have 2 word documents, full of contacts but they are not in right format to create an excel. I need someone to create a excel file and extract/copy following infos, each one being a column:
Name/Surname, Mail, Phone, Industry (if applicable), More infos
There are about 200 contacts. it's around 5 pages of word
