Create IF statement or macro to fill table from data on second sheet.

I'm looking for an experienced freelancer to create an IF statement or macro for an Excel document that can fill a table on one sheet with data from a second sheet. I have specific software in use - namely Excel - and have sample data ready for use in creating the statement. I don't need any formatting or special design work dedicated to the output of this macro. When typing a number into the table it will return description into the cell beside it.
