Create sprint performance dashboard using Excel/Jira data
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I am looking for a freelancer to create a sprint performance dashboard using Excel/Jira data. The ideal candidate should have experience in data analysis and visualization using Excel and have knowledge of Jira. I need a dashboard that mirrors Jira's wallboard gadgets but in Excel.
Key Points and Specific metrics to track --
1. Source data is pulled from Jira's advanced roadmap into Excel. The dashboard to be updated weekly using the source data.
2. I want 4 charts that can be filtered using using key data
- Issue state (Column Q showing To-do, in-progress, done)
- Rag status
- Hierarchy (Epic, story, sub-tasks)
- Team: People
- Assignee
- Target end date
- Parent
3. I want a search bar at the top to enter the issue key (e.g EBTBSC-1309) and get the result for that issue (epic).
4. I also want a chart that shows an alert for items less than 7 days to the end of sprint.
5. Burn-down rate and velocity.
Dashboard Format:
- I am open to suggestions for the format and template of the dashboard. However, I've uploaded sample to get an idea of the design/layout.
