Create a spreadsheet (in Numbers) with various formulae populating fields in different tabs

I host workshops for artists. My property has 10 bedrooms. One bedroom is used by the workshop leader. She stays for free. The other 9 bedrooms are purchased by students who join the workshop. We have 5 different prices for the bedrooms.
Prices of our 10 bedrooms:
The prices are slightly different depending on the workshop, so i want to be able to independently change the price of the bedroom type (i.e. Shared, Ensuite, Pink, Apartment) and when i type the name of the bedroom, it automatically adds the correct price.
Shared (Etoile, Orange, Coucher de soleil, chêne)
Ensuite (Bottom left, Bottom right, Cerise, Lavande)
Pink room
Apartment
Double private (when two people share a bedroom, the price is 2*shared + 2*tutor comms)
In addition to the price of the bedroom, there is a commission that we pay to the workshop leader. So when I add the name of the bedroom to the row containing the guest information, it should automatically add the artist's commission.
the first tab shows an annual overview of workshops and the subsequent tabs show each workshop in order.
