Create spreadsheet

I'm looking for someone to create a spreadsheet for me that fulfills my specific needs. It needs to have formulas and calculations, and I'll provide a sample that outlines the format I'm looking for. This spreadsheet will need to be used for simple database and calculation tasks, so data sorting and filtering, as well as data visualization and charts will not be necessary. This project is relatively straightforward and should not require any complex coding environments.
I’d like to have in same format (Numbers) The existing one serves me well (I’ve created it myself) but I need to make few changes: add few rows, perhaps change things around a little bit etc.
