Create simple dashboard in Excel/Power BI/Google Data Studio

I have a simple excel data that state employee hours working with some project managers and employee hours base on engagement client. I need to create simple dashboard based on this data. Please find attached data and dummy dashboard in excel. Tools for creating this dashboard is up to you. You can choose preferred one like in Excel, Google Data Studio, Power BI. Documentation is required on how to create this dashboard so I can re-use it with other data. Thank you.
