Create side by side comparison Excel

Looking for an Excel wizz for a quick side by side one page comparison Excel sheet of the data in the "TCO Summary" tab on each spreadsheet. Need someone creative and who knows Excel well to design a page that will show the data as a summary in a clean manner.
I will need x2 summary pages, one with the optional and the other without the optional.
