Create/send an Email every day with 3 quotes to be extracted from an excel file

I have a excel file (attached) with about 1.000 quotes I collected over the years. What I would like to get set up is one well formatted email to myself a day with 3 quotes out of the excel file. The daily emails should repeat every year, i.e. I would like to get an email with 3 quotes on 25.3.2022 and the same email with the same quotes a year later.
