Create script (or function) on google sheet or excel to manage data

I am looking for someone who could help me write a function on google sheet (or excell) to manage my data.
What I basically want is that I have many daily data which each daily data has a high and low price.
The data will vary during a time period and when a daily data will hit a certain level of price, it will trigger a position until it hits another level of price which will end the position.
I will attach the excel sheet which will help you understand better my needs.
