Create a priority matrix and colored ranked list based on action list
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I am looking for a freelancer to create in Excel a priority matrix and colored ranked list based on an Excel action list. The purpose of this matrix and list is to visually prioritize tasks and actions.
I have made a first draft, but the action-numbers position in the matrix doesn't distribute, but simply visualize diagonal. This means, that when the numbers get too big, they don't show up in the matrix, and then doesn't give a color in the list. I have tried to illustrate the this issue in the screen-dump attached.
Requirements:
- The freelancer should have experience in creating priority matrices and ranked lists in Excel.
- The freelancer should be able to use the existing action list in Excel provided by the client to create the matrix and list. Refer to attachment.
- The matrix/list should be based on 3 columns: urgency, importance, and priority.
This project is ideal for someone who is an Excel expert. The freelancer should be able to accurately assess task complexity, time allotted for completion, and resource availability to determine the priority of each task.
