Create an inventory tracking google sheet that links to a customized order sheet.

I have a google inventory sheet with a drop down menu that I would like to link to a google sheet order form that is already created. Therefore both sheets are created, but I want when I enter an amount sold in the order form, it is deducted from the inventory on hand.
