Create interactive dashboard focused on data science and statistics data

I need someone that understands statistics to analyze data from soccer games. THis is focused in one specific market to find correlation between events.
The person must be able to find things such as: Amplitude, Variance, Standard deviation, Frequency and on.
The person have also to be able to create a dashboard taking data from a website to create future events prediction.
