Create an interactive chart or table from excel sheet

I have a list of workers with start date and termination date. I need a chart that illustrates headcount by year between 2004 - 2022 and also provides a distinction by EE Type. I want to be able to filer on YEAR and EE Type to view a chart of headcount by year that auto updates when these filters are checked or unchecked.
