Create a google sheets script to automate data update from external files

I am looking for a skilled developer to create a google sheets script that can automate data updates from external files. The ideal candidate should have experience working with google sheets scripts and be familiar with data automation processes.

I have a google sheet file which have few columns, I do update this sheet in daily bases manually and need to automate this by uploading xlsx and csv files with specific format and the script should read the files and update the value of cells based on ID number of each row.

Requirements:
