Create a function or template in Excel or Google sheets.

I'm working on price comparison website in wordpress and I compare prices by SKU and I extracted thousands of products from multiple online stores. Excel or Google sheets are powerful tools but I'm not familiar with them. Create a function or template which can do these things:
1) Import products data in csv format.
2) Generate SKUs.
3) Match products which have same Product title, brand, category, etc. and add same SKU so, I export the products to Wordpress and compare prices by SKUs.
I have these product data:
1) Product title.
2) Product Brand.
3) Prices.
4) Category.
5) Images.
6) Description.
