Create flowCharts for Prorcedures

I am looking for a freelancer to help me visualize my policy in a chart format with a lot of details, using Microsoft Visio as the software of choice. I have already established the 24 policy's that needs to be charted, so the freelancer will be responsible for creating flowcharts based on that policy using cross functional / swim lane and must be details with several options, i will work closely with the freelancer and offer as much details for this project. I am open to the freelancer's creative input and look forward to seeing the final charts produced. The finished charts will need to be organized, easily readable and able to be presented to stakeholders. Each policy may be broken into several procedures a template of a policy will be shared once agreed and discussed. If you have experience in this field, please apply for this job.
