Create and extension or app for google sheets to fetch data from multiple sheets in a super user friendly UI.

I need to fetch and print data in google sheets from another spreadsheet and input the required commands through a relatively simple dialogue box instead of manually inputting the query and code every time.
Things that I require in this google sheet extension :
-Able to fetch data from col B in sheet 2 where the value of col 1 in sheet 1 matches the value of col 1 in sheet 2.
-Able to delete duplicate rows and data and combine the values of duplicated data to simplify the use of data.
-Able to combine data of two columns with the operator "&" and add a "-" between them but without having the drag the formula across the entire column.
Optional :
Able to send WhatsApp messages / Emails directly from the sheet and create another column to show the status of sent email/Whatsapp message.

I can sit with you to give you the required queries for doing so but I don't have time to make a simplified dialogue box to enable easy use of functions and I believe not writing the query manually every time can save a lot of time.
