Create an excel script that generates a PDF for each line of a table

Hello!
I have an excel file with two tabs. One is a table with data (inputs) and the other one is one pager template (template). I need an script/macro that takes each of the rows in the Inputs table, populates the Template and generates a PDF with a certain name and stored in a hierachy of folders. And then continue doing it for all the rows in the Inputs table.
Would be nice if the excel asks where to start creating the folders.
