Create a excel rolling roster that scrolls each month horizontally on excel for shift workers

I am looking for an experienced freelancer to create a excel rolling roster that scrolls each month horizontally on excel for more than 20 shift workers. The shifts will be in a rotating schedule, meaning they will change each week. I would like the roster to auto update each month, eliminating the need to manually add or adjust anything in the roster. The freelancer should have lots of experience in Excel spreadsheets, specifically constructing rotating roster's and automating processes within Excel.
