Create digital data entry forms for roof leads and solar quotations

I have a lead sheet that is filled in by our appointment setter which I would like to be digital, I would then like the information from the lead sheet to be populated into the quote sheet for the salesman to complete digitally and the customer to sign.
Ideally something that is done via Google Drive/cloud so that the field staff can access from where ever they are, and if appointments can also be integrated that would be a bonus!
We already have this for solar, just need to duplicate for Roof leads
