Create a database using data and design/implement reporting based on sample

I have a web scraper tool that downloads a bunch of files/data from various places. It is too much data to properly process via an excel sheet. I am looking for a data expert to recommend a database/platform where we can add the data and then generate an output report based on the sample that I will provide. This can possibly be done in excel with a macro but would prefer a better solution.
