Create clean data from two separate tables and import to completed template file .

We need to import data into the application from two separate files. The first file contains updated information about individuals, which includes the following fields:

- Person Full Name
- Date of Birth (DOB)
- Date of Death (DOD)
- Sector
- Row

The second file includes additional details with these fields:

- Full Name
- First Name
- Last Name
- DOB
- DOD
- Sex
- Cemeteries
- Country
- Sector
- Row

The data in both files is not entirely accurate and needs to be matched. Additionally, there will be image files provided that correspond to each individual. The naming convention for the image files is based on the Row, Sector, and image number. Each person may have between one to three images.

The final merged data should follow this structure:

- Sector (from the first file)
- Row (from the first file)
- Person Full Name (from the first file)
- Last Name (from the second file)
- First Name (from the second file)
- DOB (from the second file)
- DOD (from the second file)
- Sex (from the second file)
- Cemeteries (from the second file)
- Country (from the second file)
- Image Field 1 (based on matching Row and Sector)
- Image Field 2 (based on matching Row and Sector)
- Image Field 3 (based on matching Row and Sector)

Additionally, there will be some full names from the first file that do not have matching data in the second file. A separate list of these unmatched names should also be provided.

The total records in the data files amount to about 900 entries and are in Cyrillic. The final data needs to be imported into Completed_Template.csv. The images can be separated by commas, with the URL format as follows: images/people/FileName.jpg.
