Create a booklet from Excel data
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I have data collected from Google form similar to this (the updated one will be sent later)

I want to make (1) a formatted report, with one page for each project (the project data is in one row), (2) table of contents, (3) front page (I have the format), (4) 2 evaluation sheets for each project with the students names (will be provided in each project)
I want this to be done in Google sheets or Excel sheets. This task is a very simple task if someone has done it before
The deliverables are:
- The Excel sheet/google sheet that generates the booklet and the evaluation sheets
- The booklet in pdf format
The max budget for this task is 20 USD. This should be done in one day
