Create analytics dashboard out of Office 365 Spreadsheet

We have a spreadsheet with data that we're looking to derive insights from, first to understand prior history and then next to understand on a weekly basis. We haven't 100% identified what insights we're looking to derive from the data yet, but will have clarity on that shortly. So mainly just looking for someone who's confident they can execute the work at this level of clarity thus far
