Create Visual Report for Call Statistics Using Excel Spreadsheet

I am looking for a freelancer who can create a visual report for call statistics using an Excel spreadsheet. The ideal candidate for this project should have experience in data visualization and be proficient in Excel.

I will need to update the report once a month and send it to a partner via email. There is some data contained within the spreadsheet that we will need to filter out each month so it is a clear and accurate report specific to a call center partner. Currently the report that I pull from 8x8.com contains multiple sources of data which is creating inaccurate data for our partner.

I will need two reports that will be based on the same data source.
1) Monthly Report broken down by day
2) Annual Report broken down by Month

Specific call statistics to be included in the visual reports:
Time Statistics:
- Total Call Time
- Total Talk Time
- Average Abandon Time
- Average Call Time
- Average Talk Time
- Average Ring TIme
- Average Abandoned Time

Inbound Statistics:
- Total Inbound Answered
- Total Inbound Missed
- Total Inbound Abandoned

Outbound Statistics:
- Total Outbound
- Total Outbound Answered
- Total Outbound Missed

- Total number of calls
- Average call duration
- Call abandonment rate
- Missed Calls

Preferred layout or design:
- I've included two examples of a general layout idea. There are some items in the examples that we will not need as well as items that need to be added.

Frequency of updating the visual report:
- The visual report will be updated once a month.

Skills and experience required:
- Proficiency in Excel and data visualization
- Ability to create visually appealing and informative reports
- Attention to detail in presenting accurate call statistics
