Create Swimlanes Process Map in Visio
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I have mapped four (4) separate process maps with a client using post-it notes on a wall and then have taken photos of them. I now need to document the processes for my client. You will need to:
1. Create a swimlanes diagram in Microsoft Visio that draws data from an Excel spreadsheet. Visio calls this option "Create a Cross-Functional Flowchart - Data Visualiser"
2. Transcribe text from the photos of the process maps into the Excel template that was generated by Visio
3. Import and layout that data in Visio, making sure that none of the process lines cross over each other. This is REALLY important
4. Create a Word document with the same data laid out in numbered lists
