Notes from Head of Analysis and Operations
1. Typically we use the “Custom Tables” dialog in SPSS to create cross tabulations for the data. The method that the cross-tabulations are created are up to the worker. However, it is important that the cross tabulations are provided in an excel format so that the work can be checked.

2. Please ensure that percentages obtained for cross-tabulations are calculated via the column percent not the row percent. For example, we want the proportion of males which select X option, not the proportion of X option that are male. This is important and will affect the whole analysis so please discuss with the MD or the Head of Analysis and Operations if you do not understand this point.

3. You will be given brand colours for the charts and some general guidelines about branding. Please ensure that you follow these guidelines.
