Create a Quotation Form in Excel for Our Business
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
**Description**:
We are looking for an Excel expert to create a **quotation form** for our business. The form should include the following features:
1. **Logo**: We will provide our company logo, which should be included at the top of the form.
2. **Table Structure**: The form needs a table with the following columns:
- **Item Number**
- **Description**
- **Quantity**
- **Unit Price**
- **Line Total** (calculated automatically)
3. **Automatic Calculations**: The form should automatically calculate the line total (e.g., Unit Price x Quantity) and update the total amount for the entire quote.
4. **Quote Details**:
- On the left side of the form, there should be a section for **“Quote To”** (client information).
- Next to it, include a **Quote Number** field.
- On the right side, there should be space for our **company information**, which we will provide.
5. **PDF Conversion**: Once the form is filled out, it should be easy to convert into a PDF format.
In simple terms, we need a professional and functional Excel-based quotation sheet that will allow us to enter item details, have automatic calculations, and export the finished quote to PDF.
