Create a Pricing/Food Quantity/Food Cost Excel book that helps a user generate quotes and inventory

We are looking to build a fairly robust excel workbook that can help staff easily create orders for our catering company. This will need to capture ingredient list quantities and cost based on our data records we have. Additionally, the totals should be able to be adjusted based on guest count and other pertinent criteria. I need to know the best means to organize our menu items, ingredients, and quantity based on your recommendation. This project will require some initial calls to discuss setup, work on our end to get the data compiled for you then you to take all the data and organize into this functional workbook. The workbook should also be able to be expanded in the future relatively easy.
