Create Power BI dashboard
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
URGENT: I'm looking for a freelancer to create a Milestone Power BI dashboard for my organisation. The main data source will be based on a snap shot of data imported into an Excel spreadsheet. The same data set structure will be generated monthly with data updated monthly.
I have a general idea of the layout for the dashboard, though I'm open to suggestions if the freelancer has a more suitable idea.
The key requirements are:
A one year view of 25+ projects, and their milestones that they are delivering in that year.
The view to be rolling or ability to zoom into specific period of time (month/quarterly/6 months)
A project might have more than one reportable milestone in that year and may have more than one milestone being delivered on the same date.
You may also have multiple projects delivering on the same date.
The dashboard must show:
Projects in swimlanes
Show both completed and not completed milestones
Indicated if a milestone is complete and if it was completed on time or completed delayed from baseline
The Baseline date of the individual milestones for each project
The name of the milestone for each project
Indicate if the forecast date of the milestone is different from baseline. i.e. when its baselined and the date its now forecasted
Ability to put a Red/Amber/Green indicator on the milestone (based on business rules (less than 30 calendar days = green, between 31-70 calendar days amber, over 71 calendar days red).
Ultimately, I want to create a comprehensive and interactive Power BI dashboard that can be used to help guide the decisions I make in my business.
The output will be put into PDF/Powerpoint as we need to put the visual in executive steer co packs and board papers.
The data that has been provided is the data structure and examples of the data. Once the dashboard is created i will go in and put production data into the excel. This is to keep our information confidential
