Create Power BI Report

Create a Power BI report (pbix file) that mirrors the visual presenation of data shown in the example report found in the attached excel workbook. The workbook also contains an database table containing the example records that the report data is based on. The database table has the same structure and field names as my confidential database table.
The report should include a feature that allows users to show/hide rows below the parent row.
