Create an NFT rarity table template inc reporting / graphing / sandbox minting ability in excel

I need an excel template created that allows me to plan, graph, test mint (i.e via a sandbox macro within excel or similar if you have a better way) and analyse the distribution / rarity of traits in a generative NFT art project. We plan on minting 10,000 NFT's, but we might decide on more or less. As we will be using a single illustrated character body, the template should provide the ability to apply up to 10 separate traits, with up to 50 unique individual attributes per trait. for instance, "Trait No. 1" might be renamed by us once we get the spreadsheet to "background" and we might want to add 50 different style backgrounds. Trait no.2 might be "hat/hair" and we might have up to 50 different style hats/ hair types, etc etc. The table will be used to determine the parameters for minting the actual NFT's, so please ensure that the trait table and reporting / graphing aspects are separate. Attached is an example of a typical rarity table which is obviously easy to make, thus this project is for a base template that ALSO has the functionality described above. I Feel free to ask any clarifying questions. This project ought be very easy for an expert in excel / VB so whilst the project fee range is up to $250 (freelancer sets those parameters), I anticipate it shouldn't cost any more than AU$100.
