Create Marco on excel sheet for formatting on raw data

I am looking for a freelancer who can create a macro on an Excel sheet to format raw data. The specific requirements for the formatting are to organize the data, as per the requirements.
Its would be a simple Marco and include more of formatting related to organising the column, rephrasing few columns etc.
I would like the freelancer to provide instructions on how to use and modify the macro, as well as create a self-explanatory macro that is easy to understand.
Skills and experience required for this project include:
- Proficiency in Excel and VBA programming
- Experience in creating macros for data organization
- Ability to understand and implement specific formatting requirements as needed.
